The Story of Zwheel


Zwheel was founded in 2019, inspired by the sun and passion of Spain.     The brand was born from a chance encounter in Spain between its two founders: Jason and Luna.

 

Luna, a PhD in Industrial Design from EINA School of Art and Design at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (ranked 149th globally), is a Formula 1 enthusiast who has won multiple Spanish product design awards and achieved numerous placements in F1 racing events.

Jason brings over two decades of expertise in the R&D and manufacturing of balance bikes, golf carts, scooters, and electric vehicles in China, having received multiple awards for product innovation and quality, and is known for delivering the best cost-performance products in the industry.

 

Their meeting sparked a shared vision: to provide young people worldwide with safe, convenient, and stylish mobility tools.     Through riding, Zwheel aims to inspire them to explore the world, enjoy life, and unleash their energy—making every journey fun and every move effortless.   Our goal is to create the coolest scooter brand globally.

Zwheel's Brand Advantage

In 2024, we reached three major channel development milestones:

Authorized repair stores surpassed 100, closing the “last mile” of brand trust.

Offline dealers exceeded 700, strengthening our retail presence in core markets.

We achieved full coverage in mainstream supermarkets and leading retail chains, embedding Zwheel into the heart of local daily life.

In 2025, our first flagship direct-operated store opened.     Spanning over 300 sqm, it serves not just as a retail point, but as an integrated space for product display, immersive experiences, and user interaction.     This represents not merely a channel expansion, but a strategic upgrade—enabling us to gain firsthand market insights and place “listening directly to our customers” at the core of our product and service evolution.
