FAQ
Answers before you ask
The questions distributors, brand owners and fleet operators ask us most, before the first call.

Talk to our teamOrdering & logistics
What is the minimum order quantity?
OEM private-label programs start from 100 units per model. Co-developed ODM models start from 500 units. A smaller pilot run can sometimes be arranged — tell us your target market and we’ll advise.
What are typical lead times?
An OEM platform under your badge typically reaches your shelf in 4–8 weeks. A co-developed ODM model runs 4–7 months from brief to first container, depending on tooling and certification scope.
Which payment terms do you accept?
We work with the international instruments most B2B buyers use, including bank transfer (T/T) and letter of credit. Exact terms and deposit split are confirmed with your quote.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Sampling is a standard step before a production order — you confirm fit, finish and ride feel on a real unit first. We’ll quote sample cost and shipping when we scope your enquiry.
Product & compliance
Which certifications do your products carry?
Platforms ship pre-certified to CE, UKCA and UL, with RoHS compliance and UN38.3 battery transport approval. We file or transfer the certifications your target region requires, so customs clearance is never your bottleneck.
Do the products come with a warranty?
Every platform ships with a commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, plus an SLA-backed spare-parts supply for fleet customers. The exact term and coverage are set out in your supply agreement.
What can be customised?
Colourways, branding and packaging, region-specific chargers and firmware on the OEM route; chassis, deck, ride profile and app integration on the ODM route. Tell us how far you want to go and we’ll map the options.
Partnership
How does the partnership process work?
Four steps: Discovery (we scope your market and volume), Sampling (you validate a real unit), Certification (we file what your region needs), then Scale (production and shipping). You can start a conversation from the contact page.
